All sessions are paid for in advance. Any schedule changes or cancellations require 24 hours notice. All schedule changes, cancellations, or no-shows will result in being charged 50% of the value of your scheduled session.
This policy is in place to uphold a mutual commitment to respecting each everyone’s time, including you, fellow Titan members, and the schedules of your Titan Leaders. If you need to reschedule (with more than 24 hours notice), you’ll have an option to reschedule through our calendar booking system.
